Programmes should be selected depending on likely requirements given the individual’s personal career situation – i.e. seniority, length of service, need for reassurance, support and confidence, how up to date both CV and interview preparation is, in addition to current ability to conduct a successful job search in today’s turbulent job market.

Programmes should be selected depending on likely requirements given the individual’s personal career situation – i.e. length of service, need for reassurance, support and confidence, whether there’s a draft CV already, confidence at interviews and their current ability to conduct a successful job search.

These flexible programmes can include any of the following modules:
  • Exploration and agreement of realistic career options in today’s job market.
  • Developing a winning CV reflecting the individual’s objectives.
  • Training in how today’s job market works, including both the online job market and the unadvertised job market.
  • Advertised vacancy analysis and response.
  • How to write an effective application to get on the “yes” pile.
  • Interview preparation and practice, including online interviews.
  • How to network and grow a professional network.
  • LinkedIn profile review and input.
  • Self-Employment considerations – is it the right choice and how to do it?
  • Pre-retirement lifestyle and financial considerations.
  • Well-being and emotional support.

Programmes should be selected depending on likely requirements given the individual’s personal career situation – i.e. length of service, need for reassurance, support and confidence, whether there’s a draft CV already, confidence at interviews and their current ability to conduct a successful job search.

Our Comprehensive Outplacement Programme:
  • Includes 7.5 hours of coaching plus 6 months’ unlimited support from a dedicated personal career coach through careerline in addition to online resources.This programme includes up to 5 of the above modules – for example Agreeing a Realistic Career Objective, CV Review, Interview Preparation, Interview Role Play and Understanding Today’s Job Market – typically provided for Managers, Professionals and Heads of Department or individuals with over 10 years’ service.
Our Classic Outplacement Programme:
  • Includes 4 hours of coaching plus 6 months’ unlimited support from a dedicated personal career coach through careerline in additional to online resources. This programme is spread over 2 sessions and a suggested programme of this duration could cover: CV Review and Interview Preparation – typically provided for support level individuals or those with less than 3 years’ service.
Our Budget Outplacement Programme:
  • Includes 2 hours of coaching plus 3 months’ unlimited support from a dedicated personal career coach through careerline in additional to online resources. This programme is our entry level 1:1 face to face programme and the consultation provides support with the individual’s priority areas, usually a CV Review and Interview Input – typically provided where the budget is tight and face to face input is valued to give confidence.
