  • Discussion around “survivor syndrome” and how to cope with it.
  • Coming to terms with what has ended and planning the way ahead.
  • Developing increased resilience and increased ability to cope with change.
  • Identifying strategies and actions that will help individuals adapt to the changes taking place whilst still performing effectively in their roles.
  • Identifying changes that are unique to individuals and considering the changes others within the group.

Managing Teams through Change Programmes

This service is aimed at those who are responsible for supporting teams and delivering change in their organisation. Delegates will acquire an understanding of the role expected of line managers when organisations are undergoing change and making redundancies. The workshop and exercises undertaken will help managers recognise the issues which could prevent the team from coming to terms with the changes and to plan ways to promote a positive acceptance of the changes in both themselves and their teams.

Delivery

Change services can be delivered on site in a group or 1:1 setting or online via skype or as a webex webinar.
